• All our items are sent via UPS Ground (but Next Day, 2 Day, or 3 Days is available)
• Shipping time depends on the city, state and country you are located. We ship from San Diego, California. For shipping time estimates in the USA via UPS Ground (The online default shipping method) please View the UPS Map. For all other countries please contact us at 1-(619) 661-0628.
• All items are BRAND NEW- straight from the manufacturer.
• PLEASE NOTE: California Residents will be contacted after the sale has been completed online and the product has been payed for, and will be asked to pay for the additional 7.75% Sales Tax.

Having trouble finding the Shopping cart?

If you are browsing through our products, and decide to add an item to the MK shopping cart, a pop-up window will appear for the first time.

 

Once you select "continue shopping" from inside the Shopping cart, the window simply disappears to the background (but does NOT close). When you click once again to ADD another item, or to view the shopping cart again, it seems that nothing happens, but in fact you are adding products to the shopping cart.

 

PLEASE REVIEW THE SHOPPING CART (An already open window) before you finish any transactions.

PDF Order Form - Instructions

1. Please save and open the PDF Order Form, once opened please fill out all of your shipping and billing information.
2. To select items for purchase, choose the product quantity located next to the product name. For items not found on the form, please use the blank fields to type in the product name and price (Product prices are located here)
3. Once the form is completed, simply press the "SUBMIT BY EMAIL" button. Select your e-mail client and then press "Send Data File"
4. We will receive the information and process the order immediately.
5. Please e-mail for confirmation that your order was received.
   
   
   
   NOTE: You cannot save the information in the PDF (unless you have the Adobe Acrobat full version - not just Acrobat Reader). Therefore, you can only send the order form information via email, by pressing the button in the PDF document.
